Individual Leadership Giving

We know you have many options when it comes to charitable contributions.  We sincerely thank those who have recognized the important work of the United Way Retirees Association (UWRA) with a leadership gift (i.e., a $100+ personal gift) and encourage others to give it consideration. 

 

Leadership giving to UWRA not only supports the ongoing programs and services, but enables us to expand our programming where and when it is most needed. Our members (experienced United Way personnel) are providing invaluable assistance by acting as mentors for current United Way staff, helping strengthen local United Way planned giving programs and  providing interim staff assistance, just to name a few. We are also working to expand our forums for members to keep connected, and further developing our retirement program for United Way staff including a Webinar series that draws on the experience of our retired members.
