Be a Mentor - Join the Million!

Children are our future and that is why Education is a core principle  of United Way. 

United Ways and UWRA are reaching out across the country to encourage involvement in the education of our children.  The goal: to recruit a million people to be volunteer readers, tutors or mentors -- think of how things can change for the better if we make this happen, together.

A good education is the cornerstone of success - for individuals AND for our communities.  Of course, parents and teachers are key to the process.  But imagine if another million people signed up this year to give a little of their time to make a difference, too.
