UWRA Individual Members

 

UWRA membership of about 550 people nationwide represents both former and current United Way staff. Membership in UWRA is about tenure in and commitment to the United Way movement and provides an example of system citizenship. Our membership represents: 

• Those who have retired from a United Way position

• Active United Way staff (generally age 50 plus)

• Former United Way employees with significant career experience with United Way

 

UWRA annual dues are only $20.00, with approximately 40% of our membership giving at the leadership level ($100) which enables us to grow our programs.   Any gift over $20 is tax deductible and helps support work identifying and addressing practical issues and concerns relevant to United Way retirees and leveraging our members experience and expertise to continue to assist the United Way field. Suggested levels for those who wish to provide additional support are:

 

• Diamond $1000+

• Benefactor $500 to $999

• Patron $250 to $499

• Leadership $100 to $249

• Sustaining $50 to $99

• Supporting $21 to $49
